Prixba (Lenergy Smart SAS) takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

Identity & contact: surname, first name, email, phone, postal address (domain registrant / WHOIS).
Order data: domains ordered, amounts, history.
Payment: handled by Stripe — we store no card details.
Technical data: IP address, logs, audience-measurement cookies (see Cookies).

4. Recipients

Your data is passed only to the providers required to deliver the service: Openprovider (registrar), Stripe (payment), IONOS (hosting), and our partner lenerweb for website creation. No data is ever sold to third parties.

5. Retention period

Customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the statutory periods (in particular 10 years for accounting records).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them: support@prixba.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Security

Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hosting in Europe (Germany), restricted access. Payment through a PCI-DSS certified provider (Stripe).

8. Hosting & location

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Some transfers (Stripe, registries) may take place outside the EU with the appropriate safeguards in place (standard contractual clauses).
